About the Journal
JURNAL TRANSFORMASI: Theology and Leadership Journal is published by INTI Theological Seminary, Bandung, Indonesia. The purpose of this journal is to publish the results of scientific studies and related research in developing issues related to Christian pastoral care, mission, and leadership in a broad and transformative context.
JURNAL TRANSFORMASI: The Journal of Theology and Leadership accepts scientific papers from various sub-disciplines of theology, pastoral studies, missions, Christian leadership, and Christian Education. Submitted scientific papers must have never been or are not in the process of being published in other journals. Submitted scientific papers must comply with the writing instructions or established format. The editor will reject scientific papers that do not meet the requirements without further processing. Scientific papers that have met the requirements will be assessed for their suitability by reviewers through a blind review process.

The purpose of this journal is to publish the results of scientific studies and research in the following fields:
- Theology
- Pastoral Studies
- Missiology
- Christian Leadership
- Christian Education
Peer Review Process
Each submitted paper will be selected first by the Editorial Board. The paper will then be sent to reviewers for review. The review process is a double-blind review, where neither the author nor the reviewer knows each other's identity. Reviewers will assess each manuscript from its content and technical aspects. After going through the review process, the manuscript will be returned to the author for revision. This process will take a maximum of 30 days. The reviewers who collaborate with the JURNAL TRANSFORMASI are experts in the fields of Theology, Leadership, and Christian Education. The final decision on whether or not the manuscript is accepted rests with the Editorial Board.
Publication Frequency
JURNAL TRANSFORMASI: The Journal of Theology and Leadership is published twice a year, in May and November.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
