Kepemimpinan Inklusif: Menakar Misi Perempuan Dalam Eklesiologi Modern

The debate on women's leadership in the Church is a theological issue that continues to emerge in the midst of social change and growing awareness of gender equality. This article aims to critically examine the role and legitimacy of women's leadership in the Church through an exclusively ecclesiological approach. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, including the analysis of biblical texts, the study of church history, and the socio-cultural analysis of church leadership practices. The results show that constraints on women's leadership are influenced more by patriarchal inheritances institutionalized in church traditions and structures than by biblical witness as a whole. Interpretive analysis of controversial texts shows that women's bans are contextual and indirect, not normative-universal. This article asserts that an inclusive leadership paradigm rooted in the gift of the Holy Spirit, the doctrine of imago Dei, and the understanding of the church as the body of Christ is an ecclesiological model that is theological, relevant, and transformational. Therefore, women's participation in church leadership is not only biblically valid, but also essential to the integrity and witness of the church in the midst of the modern world.
